Policies

No-Show and Late Policy

  • Appointments canceled within 48-24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. Appointments canceled within 5 hours of the scheduled service are considered no-shows.

If You Are Late:

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your services may be cut short (e.g., instead of a full highlight, you may receive a partial). You will still be billed for the full scheduled service amount.

  • If you are 20 minutes late or more, services may need to be rescheduled, subject to prepayment of future services.

New Clients or Existing Clients Wanting a Color Change

  • New Clients: Please complete the Online Consultation Form before booking. Do not use online scheduling—it is reserved for touch-ups only.

  • Returning Clients: If it’s been 6+ months since your last visit or you’ve seen another stylist, please complete the online consultation form so I can be fully prepared for your appointment.

  • Important: Come to your color appointment with clean, dry hair. Dirt, oils, salt, and products can affect your color, so for the best results, wash your hair within 24 hours of your appointment. Outcome is not guaranteed on dirty hair, and our re-do policy does not apply.

Re-Do Policy

Not happy with the results? I’ll redo your color free of charge if scheduled within 1.5 weeks of the original service. Blow-dry is not included.

Other Policies

  • Retail product sales are final.

  • A 3% service fee is added to the final sale.

  • No masks required, regardless of vaccination status.

  • Prices and policies are subject to change at the salon or stylist's discretion.
